YouTube Vs. Gandhi In Death Match

I am not a heartless person. I am a respectful person... but... give me a break. In "YouTube Vs. Gandhi In Death Match" by Jason Lee Miller, Jason reports:
A New York-based clown-turned-stand-up-comedian-slash-yoga-mime posted a video of himself on YouTube impersonating Gandhi doing a pole dance. Stop laughing. India doesn't think it's funny, and the government has threatened to take action against YouTube if the video isn't removed.

Ummmmm wow... A fundamental right that Americans have is the freedom of expression. If an American (New York) posts a video on a site (You Tube) owned by an American company (Google), the choice for those offended should be... Do not watch the video.

What do you think?
