The Death of Blogging?

Is blogging dead?

In his post The People's Vanguard of Davis: The death of blogging?, Doug Paul Davis reports on an article in the Washington Post:

Marc Fisher of the Washington Post writes in yesterday citing a British firm Gartner which does a study and prediction based on statistics that purportedly show that some 200 million people worldwide who had started blogs have already given them up.


I do not feel that blogging is dead... it is evolving. It is becoming more and more mainstream. What do you think?
