What is the world coming too... Online Gambling a felony on the same level as child pornography? It goes deeper than just gambeling online... In an article in the Seattle Times, Danny Westneat reports:
The director of Washington state's gambling commission, Rick Day. "Telling people how to gamble online, where to do it, giving a link to it — that's all obviously enabling something that is illegal."
So in Washington State... linking to an online gambeing site is illegal.

I don't see anything wrong with online gambling as long as their are safeguards in place to protect problem gamblers. When you play online, you can play at your own pace, with no noise, no smoking, and lower stakes.
